The
boon that we have asked from the Supreme is the greatest that the Earth can ask from the Highest,
the change that is most difficult to realise, the
most exacting in its conditions.
It is nothing less than the descent of the supreme Truth and Power into Matter,
the supramental established in the material plane and
consciousness and the material world and an integral transformation down to the
very principle of Matter. Only a supreme Grace can effect
this miracle.
The supreme Power has descended into the most material
consciousness but it has stood there behind the density of the physical veil,
demanding before manifestatio

There
can be
only one "solution" for this kind of struggle, to recognise these
feelings for what they are, unregenerated
movements of the old vital nature, and to reject these
vital suggestions as suggestions of adverse forces that want to push you out of
the straight path. If the mind of the sadhak
supports these vital movements, if any part of his nature accepts
and cherishes them, then, so long as he allows them to do
so, he cannot get rid of the struggle.
All these suggestions are very familiar, and they are always the same both in
expression and substance. The reactions tool are always the same
and their very

THE DIVINE MOTHER AND HER FOUR ASPECTS
The power that mediates between the call of the
evolving earth-consciousness from below and the sanction of the
Supreme from above is the presence and power of the Divine Mother.
Four great Aspects of the Mother, four of her leading
Powers and Personalities have stood in front in her guidance of this
Universe and in her dealings with the terrestrial play. One is her
personality of calm wideness and comprehending wisdom and tranquil
benignity and inexhaustible compassion and sovereign and surpassing
majesty and all-ruling greatness. Another

125th Birth Anniversary of the Mother
I give you the
blessings given to all my children wherever they are in the world and tell you,
"Prepare yourself, my help will always be with you."
The Mother
What one has to do is to put oneself in the Mother's
hands and open oneself to her by service, by bhakti, by aspiration; then the
Mother by her light and force works in him so that the sadhana is done.

Whatever you want to
do in life, one thing is absolutely indispensable and at the root of all,
it is the power of concentrating your attention.... There is no
spiritual obstacle that can resist the penetrating power of
concentration. For example, the discovery of the psychic being, union
with the inner Divine, opening to the higher spheres, everything
can be obtained by an intense and obstinate power of concentration.

In the integral Yoga
there is no distinction between
the sadhana and the outward life;
it is in each and every movement of the
daily life that the truth
must be found and practised.
The Mother
Dans le Yoga intégral,
il n'y a aucune distinction entre
la sadhanâ et la vie extérieure;
c'est dans chaque mouvement
de la vie quotidienne que la vérité
doit être trouvée et mise en pratique.

At the
head she stands of birth and toil and fate,
In their slow round the cycles turn to her call;
Alone her hands can change Time's dragon base....
She is the golden bridge, the wonderful Fire,
The luminous heart of the Unknown is she,
A power of silence in the depths of God;
She is the Force, the inevitable Word,
The magnet of our difficult ascent,
The Sun from which we kindle all our suns,
The Light that leans from the unrealised Vasts,
The Joy that beckons from the impossible,
The Might of all that never yet came down.
All Nature dumbly calls to her alone
To heal with her feet the aching throb of life
