UNDERSTANDING
This is a very commonly used word in our daily interactions.
But do we really understand this word, “understanding”? Do we
really understand our surroundings, this Universe and ourselves?
Understanding is the chief ingredient, in all the ingredients
of living. One cannot do any meaningful adjustment, without
understanding. True understanding means to make oneself one with
Universal Nature, to feel everything and everybody, while staying
in one particular body limitations. True understanding is also
sharing of one’s means with others.
One should be selfish and say: I understand everything. In

This is Planet Earth.
This is living, a living planet
Earth.
This is vibrating.
This is a living and vibrating planet Earth.
And this is not just a living and vibrating planet Earth.
But, this is our Home, our Home planet .
A home is called a home only when its inmates let each
other live, the real living. A home is called a home only when all
the inmates and inhabitants live and grow with proper
understanding of each other’s uniqueness in the science of the
survival of the whole planet. The feeling of equanimity is the
important for each other’s existence. The pulse of the planet

YOUTH IS THE REAL ESSENCE OF LIFE
Youth is the real essence of life.
Without youth any life is a life without dreams. Youthfulness
originates and activates the dream of life. There are a few health
complications which are now the causes of concern among the
young people. The complications are not of a severe type, so are
therefore usually neglected in their early stages. When identified
at a later stage lots of factory made high-concentrated medicines
are taken for the cure.
The high-density medicines leave the whole system weak
and vulnerable, it supresses complication but does not cure it.
Sometimes the side effects are so severe that it makes
